When member creates withdrawal, he must choose withdraw
destination, so called Fund Source.
It consists of currency, name and address.
The ID of Fund Source will be used to create Withdrawal.
You will get these fund sources while calling
/v3/auth/withdraw/info endpoint
(wallets).
